Looks like being a brilliantly open, attacking game tonight. not too far away either. I can't really see the 2 teams being cagey, especially with deschamps and mourinho.
Nothing like last year. the teams may or may not lack pure class in your opinion, but they both know how to play football.
Predictions perhaps? i'll optimistically go for a 3-2 to porto.
News Flash:-
early news- line ups anounced. brazilian potential of carlos alberto chosen over benny mccarthy.
40 mins- carlos alberto scores with a brilliant volley.
7:45 kick off (sky sports 1 OR ITV1)
too early in the match to get a chance like that converted.
0-0
no more dirty, dirty arsenal for a couple of months, thanks!
I think I'll make a thread about that.

No, Arsenal didn't make it this far

As opposed to Monaco?
Who score goals with their hands and kick people while they're on the ground.....?
Deco was funny though..
:)

juve and ac had too much class and too much pride to go out and actually win the game. hence a rather boring, horrible match which gets decided on the penalty lottery.
porto and monaco have pride but don't do anything but attack. they can't rely on their defences like good itallian clubs.
its different in the fact that last year i was looking for 2-1, this i expect over 4 goals.
Think Monaco will be the champions. They deserve it.
