"What a cock-knocker of a day"

Pretty toss week, got no sleep monday night, haven't really made it up all week due to work and mincing about with Uni assignments. An essential module is going down the toilet due to the fact that the practicals I have to write up, which are part of my final mark, went very badly indeed. I'm talking to my year tutor in a bid to sort this mess out and ensure 5 years and 14 grand don't go down the toilet. If nothing changes, then it seems my academic career may rest on the result of a single exam, in a few weeks.

I just drove to the gym, walked in, decided I couldn't be f***ed, came back out and drove home. I've had no tea and can't be arsed cooking any.

What I am going to do is drink these 6 fosters I have in the fridge and smoke some cigarettes, while I ponder my existence. I think I'll stick some comedy on in an effort to alleviate my mood. Well, that and chat to you lot, as it ain't so bad on here.

That's that. How has your week been?

I was dead on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; felt better yesterday and nearly back to normal today (had a smoke this afternoon ;^).

Saw a friend I hadn't seen for 4 years today, too: tracked him down, emailed him, invited him over for coffee and then took the p*** out of him - just like the good ol' days ...

Got a couple of mates coming round tonight for a Chinese and some alcohol, although not too much as the Beachams is still having an effect.

Next week shall see me cheering a friend in a Pop Idol type contest in a pub in town (I've bought a pink thong to throw at him) and no doubt more alcohol.

Nothing particularly out of the ordinary for myself this week, but some aspects of last week have seemed to ripple onto this week to leave me a little saddened. My brothers re-diagnosing of cancer and having several work experience applications to the places I really wanted have left me feeling similarly annoyed as you Borat.

All I can say is I hope you'll have a better week next week, as I certainly do live in hope.
