Yeah- a game entirely devoted to Shadow the Hedgehog is on it's way!
Deviating a little from the Sonic the Hedghog series we see Shadow sporting A GUN, blowing things up, shooting left right and centre. Sort of different to what we were used to in the Sonic universe before, its coming Christmas 2005 though.
Graphics wise it looks very much like the Sonic Adventure series/Heroes but its the Matrix style gun battles that will give it an edge.

Not true.
The 2D Mario games were excellent (most of them anyway) but that doesn't mean I hate the 3D Mario games. Mario 64 is brilliant and Super mario Sunshine is also a very good game.
It's just unfortunate that Sonic's move into 3D was not very successful.

Not true.
The 2D Mario games were excellent (most of them anyway) but that doesn't mean I hate the 3D Mario games. Mario 64 is brilliant and Super mario Sunshine is also a very good game.
It's just unfortunate that Sonic's move into 3D was not very successful.
Sonic Adventure was a bit repetitive but Sonic Adventure 2 was very playable and enjoyable. For what they were at the time, they were good games.
The new Sonic games are rubbish though.
It's not about happy memories of the Megadrive games. It's about the Adventure games being a big fat pile of crap.

Sonic Underground was a moderately successful cartoon series. Shadow the Hedgehog is a character developed in Sonic Adventure 2 and isn't Sonic. They are two different characters.
Anyway, the fact that everyone here is trying to link Sonic games to this Shadow game is incomprehensible. This game probably won't even feature Sonic.

Whatever they do, they'll never make a better Sonic game than those on the Megadrive.
My thoughts are along Tilta's lines. Reaks of EA stupidity. How to liven up their Bond franchise? You don't play as Bond but as a "darker, cooler" ex-MI6 agent, killing people with a gun.
