Here are Sven's men for Portugal.
Do you think he is making the right decisions?, what would you change?, what do you think our chances are of winning?

Aaaahhhh, so many questions, so little time

Parker should be there instead of Butt. Definitely.

you can't judge darius on prem form, because he transforms into a good, clinical, spirited striker when he puts on the red and white. definitely has to be in there as a proven international.

should that be the squad, i have no problems with it.

I completely agree, he is certainly warranted an England call up. Been superb this season for Leeds, and the last time he had a pop for England he scored their only goal against Portugal. A friendly, admittedly, but he took his chance well and I think he could be a storng partner for Owen.

> And, i stand my beleif that Milner is equal to Rooney

This is the only time I slightly disagree. From a neutral perspective it seems you are slightly biased towards Leeds. I agree with you on Smith but I haven't seen enough proof to convince me that Milner is a better player than Rooney. He's mildly impressed me - but not quite enough as of yet. A prospect all the same.

> Beattie is better than them both as a striker.

Yes, yes he is. As is Newcastle's Ameobi, he is a definite Shearer replacement up there and has looked fantastic up there of late, though slightly too raw for England. It is a crime Beattie isn't in the squad.

Yes, but you are comparing Heskey to a bloke who firstly wouldn't have a hope in hells chance of getting into the England squad, and secondly probably gets about as much quality service as a McDonald's run by one single dwarf.

Defoe has talent.

heskey should hold the ball up, Viduka style.

What does he do? Fall over.

Any team that has Heskey in over Defoe deserves no respect.

And, if we're going by form this season, Vasell wouldn't ever make the 23.

Smith should easily be in there.

Beattie is England's third best striker, after Owen and of course, Defoe.

Have you been watching a different premiership to me, FF?

He's fecking carried a team.

And, i stand my beleif that Milner is equal to Rooney, and Beattie is better than them both as a striker.

Fecking media.
