Yeh, I've been turned into a sheep whilst on my mount.
Do you get knocked off your mount when you get hit? Not every time but the occasional annoying moment.

Jump, it seems to knock you out of sheep form.
It's always funny to see that transformation spell in work, seeing huge great hulking warriors covered in head to toe in armour and sporting huge axe's, only to get turned into a tiny sheep.
