You have to love the stock market, i bought 100 Marconi shares just after they took a battering on monday at 531.35p and now they are 564.50p. Its not exactly a fantastic profit, but if they return to their former glory i will have a nice little sum.

Vodafone look good at 127. They only have to go up to 135 and you've made more than would in bank over a year. I bought them for 129 a couple months back and sold them for 140 two days later!

Long term i'd say Lloyds. They pay just under 30p dividends a share, which is almost 7% return at the current price. I'm saving up a lump sum to invest in Lloyds at the moment.

didn't know that. suppose if u willing to risk a bit it's a possible investment. still amazes me how their previous? management after the founder died decided to leave the industry they were leading and waste all their money
