I felt the need to scream very loudly today, and no, it wasn't like that for all you dirty minded teens! Thankfully though I supressed the need, which is just as well as I was standing in the middle of a very crowded O'Connell St. But it scared me in a way. Ive been becoming more aware in the last few days of the sheer anger building up inside of me, and this anger is being aimed squarely at myself for the most part. Im laying a massive guilt trip on myself and seriously beating myself up inside, and all i want right now is to calm myself down a bit, or a lot, and feel like Im grabbing some control of my emotions back again.
