Earlier on, I was lying on my bed, gameboy in hand, awaiting for my brother to get off the pc. For a change, I put in Tetris and happily played away for about an hour.

"Hey, you can use the pc if you want now..."
"Nah, I'm alright..."

Talk about addictive. This is the way games should be.

I play it for a couple of days, then stop playing it. Then, a few months later I pick it up and continue.

Wash, lather and rinse.

Yes Tetris is simple and in many games simplicity is the way to a good game, I still fire up Rampage (PS1) every so often and play it round one of mates houses.

However in this day and age playing Tetris for an hour is extreme boredom. It's fun for a bit but then it gets too repititive
