"Creative Writing Forum"

It's been mentioned a couple of times before, and upon looking at the vast amounts of poems and short stories flooding this forum because there is nowhere else to get an intelligent reply is amazing. I think it may be time for a "Creative Writing Forum", where all poetry and writing of sorts can go. Obviously we are to give the staffies time, they are understandably drowning with work at present, but I am hoping for a forum of this sort in the near future. So...discuss my monkey slaves.

Great idea, Ashman. I'll start it off by posting my new poem in here. I already posted it but it would be nice to have it here aswell:

A Summer Poem

I look up at the sun and light fills my eye
Out comes a tear, I'm starting to cry
I feel the warmth from up at the sun
It's o so great, it has just begun.

I look up into the clear blue sky
It's a beautiful sight, for the eye
I feel so happy and so wonderfully brill,
looking into the Sun is a brilliant thrill.

I look into the crystal clear sea
I love it so, just you and me
The days just seem to go so fast
These Summer days will never last.

Summer is the best season of all
Swimming in the sea or playing football,
Summer is definetly the best season
And I am sure I know the reason.
