Not really it isn't. Smoking under the age of 16 is illegal, full stop. Also, as you can see, I don't need to quote all this, I'm doing it so you realise how messy it ends up looking. You lose respect for needless word count boosting, and can in fact be banned for it.

No. My little brother is 10.

No I mean that the police can hardly raid your house with no evidence and ask you to hand over the cigarette. It is different with a gun though.

Obviously you have to be above the legal age limit though, am I right?

So because they can't stop it, that makes it legal then? Does that mean if I shoot someone and they could not stop me then it is not illegal either?
Of course not.
Take a bb gun on the streets?
- No this isn't illegal but using it for threatening purposes such as waving it around and yelling "I've got a gun" or sniping old people would be illegal
Take a knife on the streets?
- If it is under three inches and under acceptable circumstances then its legal. For example if you're going fishing and plan on gutting the fish - its legal. If you're off to stab your neighbour in the throat - its illegal
Take an airgun or Co2 gun on the streets?
- If it's being transported to be used at a shooting range or specified designated area for airgun operation its legal. If you're carrying it to the shops and back then its illegal
Drink alchoholic drinks in yoor house under the age of 18?
- It's legal as long as you have the consent of the person who bought the alcohol (namely a parent or guardian). If you buy the booze yourself to drink in your own house its illegal. Also I think there is a limit on the amount an underage person is allowed to drink but I'm unsure of it.
Smoke in you house under the age of 16?
- No matter where you smoke underage it is illegal.
