No they dont if they see you commiting the crime because thats reason enough to stop it.

And shame on you KillBill is a great film and if you think its crap due to the fighting I really do think you need help. It's got a certain art to it.

thats exaclty what I meant - drawing attention or making people aware you have anything that so much as looks like a weapon. This even applies to toy guns that dont fire anything.
