"Sony Vs Nintendo"

Sony win hands down. Better consoles, more up to date marketing attracting more gamers, not just kiddies, and definitely a larger variety of gameplay, with better graphics, FMV easily accessible and adding to the enjoyment of games, cheaper products, better peripherals, and a larger userbase.

What do you think?

MGS is a different game from Zelda, and I definitely prefer MGS.

And I wouldn't know quality if it slapped me in the face?? Hmmmm......

You obviously haven't been here long, and I've been here since the s**tart, and I THINK I know what quality is. Quality is games such as MGS (which may be as good as Zelda. In fact, MGS was groundbreaking, and brought gaming to a whole new level), GT2 (now can think of an N64 racer that can match up to that?) and Final Fantasy 7/8/9, which can easily be compared to Zelda (and I found the firs**t Zelda terribly dull).

Dan Fantavision was made by a company and then brought direct by SONY, so it was a rare pure only SONY release, but wasn't made by them...

Actually, the PS2 does have ONE exclusive game that Sony made.

Fantavision.

Unfortunately for us Nintendo fans we will never see this "fireworks sim" on our machines. Such a pity...

It's because the Gamecube's games come from Rare and Nintendo themselves which are exclusive to the Gamecube.

Nearly all of the PS2 games are made free devellopers who'll release the games on any platform it'll make cash on so you can expect to see them on both the Gamecube and Xbox too.

M16, its because SONY don't make ANY of its own games! NINTENDO do, and every company who helped the PS is now helping both the PS2 and GC, and this time with all the extra help Nintendo are going to as D12 would say to SONY:

If the PS2 games end up on the Gamecube, why cant the Gamecube games end up on the PS2? It can't be because the Gamecube is more powerful, can it?

I'd say that Nintendo "classics" tend to be better than Sony ones but I suppose I would with my biased point of view!

And about what M16 said. Most of the PS2's good titles will appear on the Gamecube too, maybe with enhanced graphics and features.
