good point but talking about this world debt thing again why not just write off the debt owed to them by the western leaders which would allow them to focus on improving their respective countries why because doing so would lose them the control they have over the governments no?

Under Equity (which a strange little branch of law), banks can't demand immediate repayment if they've already agreed a structured repayment. Although the World Bank has a lot of fiscal power, it's in their interests to use that power for the benefit of the west, because they are a western institution.
