That giant "Buy Now" button is simply frightful.
And one last thing before I disappear.
Considering that the picture in no way or form claims that anyone depicted in it is to represent yourself, there's bagger all you can do anyway.
So admit it. You've lost.
Team i'Azul/Phillipe/Myst wins.
Harrar.

Oh good God. A quick drawn up stickman picture made in paint offended you?
What the hell do you do when someone calls you a name? Have some kind of nerve attack? Jesus Christ.

Aaaahahhhhhhahaha. *Dies*
This is gold. Like Phil said - it's your name. What you like. Whoop de fecking doo da. And why submit such data if you believe it is illegal?

I very much think so.

Ooh, I'm sure any english teacher in the land would be proud of that dramatic piece of writing there.
Sorry, but I love you. Marry me. Seriously.
Which is ironic word choice, I suppose.

Azul, put the picture back.
He can't change it unless he pays the fee, which in this case is buying a CD from me.

I found it offensive and it depicted me horribly inaccurately. Anyway it doesn't really matter if it's light hearted fun or not. I do believe it is illegal to hold personal information without registering with the Data Protection Registrar. I may be mistaken. You may wish to brush up on that. I will.

No, it's registered with the "Phi11ip.com All Submitted Data Belongs To Me Registrar."
There's a difference between proper private information such as your home address etc and stuff that's on the site.
If you were to launch a case, how would you prove that that is you? None of the information on there is 'private' in that anyone's going to care if it's used.

Tempting, but, no.
