I know the general population of SR is at going-to-University age and because most of you are sharper than your average spoons I'm sure a lot of you are diving deep into the neverending pool of governmental debt that is higher education.

Now that it's imminent (well, about 6 weeks away) how prepared/nervous/excited do you feel about the whole thing?

Potentially the only thing that worries me is getting kidnapped by the Palestinians, which isn't very likely since I bought my lead suit.

My plan was to make a lively debate about this whole issue but it's half two in the morning and I'm trying to play online poker whilst typing this, so just try and salvage whatever you can from this.

On a side-note, what the hell has happened to this damn forum? It's like the God of binary condemned this place and wiped his biblical ass all over it. Faggy n00bs lol, k.

I have no retort to that.

But I have a question for down.

Do you go to a private school?
It's just that I have a friend who went to one and she was allowed to do six highers too (getting A's in all of them, also), so I thought maybe you were allowed to do 6 because you went to a private school or something (I dunno), just because I'd never heard of anyone doing 6 until you said you did.

I was trying to emphasise the smallness. Like, not only are you a midget, but SMALL even to midget standards.

I'm not a midget any more.

I grew up, eventually.

And now I can't get jeans which are long enough.

And I thought I'd burned up my waistcoat, but I dunno, maybe I hit my head or soemthing and I thought I was weraring it, becaue I found it hanging up in my wardrobe.

I thought the waistcoat got burned up in the car crash?

I wonder how much Victoria Beckham's lawyer earns. Maybe Dringo can ask for us.

if SHEEPY is walking down the street and sees a small midget wearing a waistcoat, I'm sure he'll go over to say hi to you.

Bah, and here I was planning to join the QM.

I'm sure I'll never meet you anyway.
That's a good thing (for me, terrible for you though).

Wow, I knew they earnt a fair amount, but I didn't think it was as much as that. My sister told me about someone she knows that worked in England getting about 100k a year, then moved to America (where she lives) an dnow earns twice as much, but works a lot less.

Mind you, lawyers in America are rich.

And remember, there was all that stuff in the news a few weeks back about doctors who get called out at night earning like 400 quid an hour though.

That's quite a lot too.

QM - Even though it is the wimmens one.

The GU is like a school assembly hall.

w00t

But with Law you can get far more money than Medicine if you get into the right firms - my cousin who's at UCL did work experience at a firm where some guy who worked three days a week and was semi-retired earned £300k a year, though that is London.
