Technically they are separate, but a lot of people use several of them regularly and they're all seen as a whole, if you get my meaning.

the addiction study is aimed at different genres of games, so i have posted it on the different platforms forums. thought that because not everyone has an xbox and a ps and a nintendo then they will all not be viewing all the forums. so i placed the post in all the forums.

i know for previous experience that i will only generally visit one forum and not bother with the others. so if a user was to do that then they might miss my post
