gameaday is the most interesting web page on the interent with its cool content and not forgetting the fact that you can win a game a day,but surely this quality cannot last forever,(i hope it does). The discussions are very interesting and it is fun meeting new people.what do u think on this cool site, will it ever close?

I have won more than I think I should. Sometimes I have won for things that I think I shouldn't have won for. This doesn't make me big headed, it just makes me judgemental.

the 2 games a day thing was for the advertising topic that tony ran accually. i said it because it would be a good thing to addvertise over the net. If people see a sign that says there is 2 games up for grabs everyday loads of people would go here.

I didnt say it because i deserved more chances to win or anything.

Sniper, u didnt know what u were talkin about there.

I wouldn't say as often as i should, for example look at pb's morality thing today. I never have, and probably never will post something of that standard, and as such don't really 'deserve' to win anything (though you could say nobody 'deserves' £40 odd for writing in a forum here). I just had the one that gave me hope, and i know that is the only thing i've ever put up with even an outside chance of winning.
Anyway, what would you know about not winning as many as you think you should? :)

Definitely 7.5 kg minimum.

Gameaday is evil!
I posted something I thought had a shot at winning (possibly my first ever), and when it didn't I was gutted (I remember the very first time i heard that word, in a letter in sega power. The ed took the pass and put the letter in the 'out of yer tree' column (for nuts and pants letters - cousin of the gallery's 'dan's crap corner', later 'dan's experimental corner') Not laughing now ed?). Anyway, the point is that when I found out I hadn't won I was gutted, then depressed that I may never think of anything else to write that could be a contender, then I found a startling realisation - I have no 'right' to win a game, if I posted a winner, I wouldn't have earned it, and I'd be here whether or not gameaday ran anyway.

To counteract the corrupting evil of gameaday's greed, I believe everyone who posts here, whether corrupted or not, should be forced to find a big slab of stone, engrave the above ralisations on it, and carry it round with them for the rest of their natural lives. The stone must weigh a minimum of 7.5 kg.

Unless they both picked the same article and some lucky sod goes home with both games!

As long as there is another judge for the other Gameaday winner, it would be fairer that way! :)
