If you're annoyed at reading being sold out, please use this advice as a lot of people don't seem to use their common sense.

Stupid morons are selling them for £200+ on EBAY, do not buy from them if you are desparate. Just buy 3 single day tickets which comes to like £50 more rather than spending £100 more. You can still camp as from my 4 years experience, they have never checked whether it's actually a weekend ticket you have, they just make sure you do have a ticket.

If you go 2 days earlier to get a good camping spot, hold on to your ticket until the first official day because obviousley they will notice if you hand in your day ticket 2 days early.

Other than that, get a B&B booked NOW or set a tent up nearby or sleep in your car or something. I'm just trying to ease the pain for those that have not got their weekend tickets.

Thought I'd take a microchosm - that doesn't make sense. I am saying you should be ashamed, in response to your first post about sleeping well which...you reply with.

Can you not see that what you're doing is immoral? That people like you are the reason that Glastonbury tickets are down to two per person, fully personalized on a nigh-on unnegotiable phone line?

Well considering i am going with about 10 other people this parts wrong, what do they say about asumptions...

Its imoral? Am i stealing this from people? I said a couple of extra tickets. You seem to be very upset by the whole thing my advice to you is to lock yourself in a room for the rest of your life because this sort of thing happens every day and theres a lot worse things happening in the world than the moral implications of buying an extra couple of tickets for an event.

lol thats a completely different situation as i'm not stealing or breaking the law in any way, so don't make stupid unrelated statements. Other people do do it but they are criminals.

Yup its illegal at football matches and may be becoming illegal for other events but is it at the moment... no. Perhaps you should start a campaign to destroy us evil people who buy extra tickets to events to sell. And as i said i'd be happy for them to enforce a ticket per household rule like they have brought in at other festivals. Then i would never have done it.

> So, lots of people are wrong? Oh, that makes it right then.

Whats this got to do with anything. I simply said that i'm not the only one doing this i didn't say everyone was wrong not to do it.

You missed the part where i said i'll sleep well tonight, which i will. Not ashamed at all as at the end of the day the money which i raise will pay some bills which i doubt you're willing to pay for me, if you are i'll return my tickets for someone else to buy.

Deal?

So you're being kind by letting people who couldn't get tickets, get tickets...but the reason they couldn't is because of people like you buying them with no intention of going.

The only people that think it's a shrewd business move are the people doing it. It's immoral, and it's the reason that people have to pay over the odds for tickets through eBay, BECAUSE the eBay sellers were busy buying all the tickets.

So if someone leaves their car door unlocked, it's ok to take advantage and nick the laptop inside? No? Well, other people do it, why shouldn't we all get a piece of the pie?

Read, comprehend and then post; I got my ticket. Don't try and call this rubbish your "viewpoint", it's ticket touting which is illegal at football matches and may be becoming illegal for any other event too.

So, lots of people are wrong? Oh, that makes it right then.

You shouldn't be proud of what you're doing, you idiot, you should be ashamed.

Lies. Green Day and Offspring are classics....

And I've never heard the Darkness live, but I'm sure they're good.

So I’m a ticket agency now? That’s right I’m not, although I’ll be sleeping well tonight knowing that I have an 'easy cash injection' from people that didn't get in soon enough. Personally I see it as a shrewd business move :) I've seen it done the past few years and wanted a piece of the pie. :D Oh, and just for the record, I am actually in favor of them limiting tickets per household, but while they don't do it why not take advantage of the situation! Sorry if you don't agree with my views, or think people like me are to blame for you missing out, get over it, its way of the world. When there’s an opportunity for making an easy buck. You got to take it :P and as you will see from the amount of tickets that go on sale on places like eBay a lot of people have the same line of thinking as me!

well It's people that buy 8 a time and sell them on ebay that ruin the festival. Admittadly i'm stupid for not buying it sooner, but out of the 10 of us that would be going, only one of us has a ticket and so that person will have to go by themself.

And besides, you'd be so screwed if you order 5 extra tickets and sell them over priced and no one buys them, I hope that happens to a lot of people.
