Sheer comical quality. You may think I mean for all the wrong reasons, ie, they were talking bull, but non.
They seem to be genuinely funny guys.

Anyone else listening to it?
This is probably living proof that most football fans do indeed have superb personalities, and that not all are thugs/rioters etc etc, which is steadily becoming a stereotype.

Anyway, yes. Most hilarious indeed.

Oh, and 3-0. That's just for you, Matt.

Woah. That's just world class. Give them a trophy.

Well, Barthez will be gone come the end of the season - you are now the ones with the "David James" at the very-backline of your defence! :P :D

He's like a walking time-bomb, you know...

Sure, he may look "good-enough" right now, but, sparks have emerged on numorous occasions this season, and he could go-off at any given minute... Just like James surely will for England this summer, the further we progress - just wait and see! :)

-----

He was lucky to get away with that first-half push on Steven Caldwell when the corner was waiting to be taken. If only others had seen it... Could've gotten him the yellow card he's escaped many times this season, and in the past few weeks alone!

I don't expect the FA to follow any of it up, of course. :@

Even The Sun can manage to work out the truth sometimes.

Not so much all we could afford, more "only half-decent available".

Shoulder injury.

That was you, and his name was Barthez ;-)

Seriously though, I can't recall his name, but I believe he was sold on.

Current sub while Taylor is out.

Only twice in 33 Premiership games has Lehmann conceded more than one goal - Newcastle and Liverpool.

That increases to just 3 games in all competitive domestic games this season - the other team being Middlesbrough in the Carling Cup, and that was with Stack in goal.

A further 4 times in Europe - Inter Milan, Dynamo Kyiv, Celta Vigo, and Chelsea.

Only one team - Inter - has scored more than 2 against us in any one game all season.

I'd say Lehmann (despite his other failings) was doing a pretty fine job, as have the other keepers.

For the most part, on the very rare occasions when Arsenal have 'failed' this season, it has been almost entirely down the outfield players not performing, and has little if anything to do with the goalkeepers.

Just like your defeat at Pompey today!

I heard that too. It does sound quite bizzare, but, it could just have been interperated wrongly, y'know (you know what the media are like)...

Thierry Henry: "Greatest Player in the World".
José Antonio Reyes: "The New Henry".

I mean, when you hear someone say they're telling the 'keeper where they're gonna shoot, and they're still scoring for it, who's to say it's not the typical "oh dear, I guess I decided to go the other way after all"?

And anyway, these are Arsénal goalkeepers we're talking about! ;)

Jens Lehmann? The "all you could afford" who would've been out the door months-ago if at any other Premier League club.

Stuart Taylor? Can't remember the last time we saw him (there was a time when his potential looked promising)....

You signed some dodgy French-bloke a while back also, and whatever happened to that Egyptian, Rami Shabaan?

:P

I like keane and Henry's celebrations.

But, I don't want the squad participating in some age old gay ritual dance after I score a peach from outside the box!

Disturbing. Very.

And the silly not-quite-Irish-Jig thing.
