Hello, its just another graphics card question.
I'm looking to spend 100 quid max., can you recommend a good budget card, with good performance for its price. I aren't too fussed weather its radeon or Nvidia.

Please don't tell me to save up for a better one, because even if i do save up i can't bring my tight ass self to* spending more than 100 quid on a card.

Cheers.

Edit: mistake corrected

Meanwhile on planet Earth. . .

A lot of problems occur with 9600 because exponentially more people have bought 9600's. This is one of the reasons Linux and OSX appear so bug-free compared to Windows, because correspondingly fewer people use them.

9600XTs are the best card for the mid range user by far. For the price they are 100% quality. Nothing wrong with them wat-so-ever. I have used them at least 20 times and they work fine each time every time!

Problems with 9600s? Since when? They are amongst the most popular cards out there. I have a PC with a 256 MH 9600 XT and it is great for the money. Can be bought for £109 off of overclockers.co.uk.

the 9600pro is about £90, or you can get the 9600XT with 256mb onboard memory for £120. See ebuyer.co.uk.

OK, that budget was £150 but you'll get the idea, nobody can probably be arsed to go over basically the same topic.
