Yes, I’m bored but I’m actually browsing some dumb laws as light relief from researching for an assignment. I came across these and thought I’d better give some of you the heads up.

The Welsh need to stay out of Chester and Hereford. If you’re a Scotsman you need to steer clear of York but it sounds like you’re okay if you’re a Scotswoman. Where exactly does Lil Ginge work?

Chester
You can only shoot a Welsh person with a bow and arrow inside the city walls and after midnight.

Hereford
You may not shoot a Welsh person on Sunday with a longbow in the Cathedral Close.

York
Excluding Sundays, it is perfectly legal to shoot a Scotsman with a bow and arrow.

Liverpool
It is illegal for a woman to be topless in public except as a clerk in a tropical fish store.

All laws are well thought out...

The point is that it IS legal for a woman to be topless as a clerk in a tropical fish store.

This country has loads of stupid laws. Did you know that a man can legally urinate against the side of his car in a city centre, so long as he has his left hand touching the vehicle?

But the Americans are worse. I own a book of stupid laws, and half of it is taken up by the USA. For example, In New york it's illegal for ugly people to go into the street.

Joan Collins must be under house arrest. :)
