So does that mean you treat December 25th the same as any other day? Would you be prepared to go to work on it etc?

It's Catholic, note the Mass part, so as a Protestant Christian I don't follow Christmas.

Not Christmas, strictly. The time etc is, but strictly speaking Christmas (ie Christ mass) isn't.
