Well these forums are drab tonight I tell you and I want to liven the place up so I will try and attempt a few things that we could do that will make it more fun....
NO.1......
'el exersize'
OK... You num nutz are sitting infront of your screens probably huddled over quite miserable, aching back? Funny head? Falling asleep?
Do the 'GINGERWADDLEBUTTSHAKE'
Its a cure.
1) Stand up
2) Stand with your feet apart
3) hands on hips
4) Lean Body Forward from hips --- keep legs straight
5) Lean body backwards """ ----------------""
6) Take both hands and grab ears
7) Poke out tongue
8) Whilst poking tongue in and out whilst moving side to side keeping hips and legs same...
9) FULL ROTATION ROUND
10) Jump up and down twice... then turn rapidly Turn up and down again to get back to starting place then bend knees up and down whilst making chicken gestures.
11) Finally place both feet together... slap your ass... and wiggle around isanely whilst singing 'Wanna Be in my gang'
OK.
