Here you go
Turn your eye toy upside down and look at the info on the back. Under the Sony Computer bit there should be a number. Either SLEH-0030
or SLEH-0031
EDIT - Links are too long so take out the spaces in the link(ie the bits with the %20 when you get the 404 not found page)
if it ends in 30 then http://www.jamespo.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/eyetoy/ dsbc310_winxp2k98se_driver_110_Eyetoy_HACKED_SLEH-00031.zip

Extract the files and then plug your eye toy into the USB slot on your PC.
The New hardware detected pop up will appear and then the window asking you for the drivers will come up. Select the "Instal from a list or location option and browse to find the folder for the extracted driver.
Should begin to instal the driver. Click the continue anyway box for the windows warning and then a box should appear with ???? in it, just click ok and then pick the yesoption in the next box (50Hz area one) that appears.
Then click finish and open the folder with the extracted file in it. A file called Vidcap32 should be there, double click it and you should see what your camera is pointing at.
Not tested it to see if it works with MSN and stuff like that yet.
EDIT - Tried it with MSN and it works fine.
If any of you have tried and are having problems give me a shout on msn -

Yeah, go on your web address browser and take out all the %20's and a open, save or cancel menu comes up
