Special Reserve should sell lots more DVDS. The dvds SR sell are good variety but SR don't seem to sell the latest releases.

I discovered SR in a gaming magazine. Plus they advertise their website at their shops. Advertising in a newspaper would be far too costly with little return than say a gaming magazine.
Special reserve could design leaflets and hand them out, or more advertising. I mean you sometimes see adverts in the paper but apart from that SR only have the magazine and as the magazine is only posted to the members then leaflets could go further.
Not sure about selling the latest DVDs would be right for them but then all the rest you suggested I wouldnt see how that would help their business any more than what they're doing now. It would be far too costly just to have out reddies especially as on average there's only 20 odd reviews submitted a day.
Special Reserve should sell the latest dvds and have better free gifts when you renew your membership and if you don't win the game a day prize then the next best 10 that day should get 1 reddie automatically, anyway something like that..

review is a bit too strong of a word for some of those "insights".
I think that as well as being able to write reviews for the site, there should be a seperate PREVIEW section. God knows how many 'reviews' I've seen of games that have yet to be released.
There's the odd review of import games, I realise this, but that's different as these people have actually played those games, however there are too many games being reviewed that aren't even released in America or Japan yet.
