When you're sending a pic, trying compress to at most 200kb, as anything over takes ages for us to upload etc."
"And for the dimensions of pics, make them fairly reasonable too.
Pics that are going to basically go off the edge of the screen, thus causing your profile to look all out of shape/proportion, are a bit too big."
Just so you know in future. 1.15MB for .GIF is... erm, large. (I'm sure someone can conjur up some innuendo to fit that perfectly)
And the pic kinda goes about 5 times the length of my monitor.
Anyway.

I suppose this is just to draw everyone's attention to it as well really, because even though that's been up for some time, we keep getting massive oversized pics.
So yeah, make them smallerer and stuff please.
