Tony, there is no mention of Game-a-day or Film-a-day on the main page and all your main competitions are under a small heading called 'Win'

Don't you think that maybe you should rename the prize section...what about:

"The Prize Pad" - Here you could split off in to G.D / F.D and W.A.C.

I just think that 'Win' is a bit plain and that you need to make sure your homepage is at it's best before you start worrying about internet advertising.

I would go with 'The Prize Pad' unless anyone can think of a better one!?

Any chance of a guestbook?

People might feel a bit out of place posting on the forums, I think a guestbook should comeup after an on-line sale.

As soon as the 'deal' is finalised they should be auto-linked to the guestbook to give their opinions.

Start a 'Leave your mark on our Website' Campaign, start at the retail outlets, everyone who leaves their mark stands a chance at winning something anyway. Offer it on the 'basket' screen when people are making a purchase online, inform the nation, to get forum creation...

Is it suprising how few customers go to the forums, or is it more suprising how few customers actually buy from you?

I would buy a lot more if I had a credit card... but alas, I am sans Visa.

It's surprising how few of our customers come to the forums.

I think it will steadily increase.

I did a quick sketch of Sniper last night... I think I'll start again, I messed up the elbows.

As long as the growth of the forum totals links to a growth in sales, who cares if half of them are Sniper?

Apart from Sniper of course...
