Same here but with 'u' and 'r' as well.

The only slang words I really use are brb gtg and lol.

Using the occasional abbreviation on MSN such as "brb" for "be right back", or maybe "u", instead of typing "you" is perfectly acceptable, but speaking entirely in "slang" is just plain stupid. Not only does it take you time to figure out what to write, but longer for the reciever to read.

I don't use slang on here but I know that people = ppl not peep, it is easier.

I don't think Sport Mad realises that there is a distinction between slang and abbreviaitng...

No, those are very different.

It takes longer to type out these 'Shortened' words because you have to figure out how to structure your sentence first. But just typing 'English' it all flows freely.
