No rambling. No endlessness. No non-sequeter comments. (well if you have to :) ) Read the flippin' post before you blab on about wham's first album, etc. thanks.

basically i'm looking to expand my music collection and the people below are by no means the only music i listen to, infact the opposite. i know, in some cases diddly squat about them and wanted a bit of guidance from you guys.

so here goes. any really good songs by them, like the one stated, or even a band like them if you highly rate them:

moby- anything not on 18?
run DMC
tenacious D- pre current album
the strokes- like reptilia, someday, 12:51, hard to explain
blur
joe budden- like song on madden '04
travis
outkast- like hey ya, i like the way you move, any stuff on the 2 new albums?
queen
de la soul
franz ferdinand- like or other than, take me out
basement jaxx- like or other than plug in, where's your head at
ludacris
jet- like or other than will you be my girl
the who
daft punk
lightning seeds
stereophonics

cheers.

The whole album, called Play by Moby, is a definate if you like him. The Sky Is Broken is a personal favourite from that album. And as always, Porcelain.

out of interest, when's the car coming (tagline) ?

oh, and judging by the additions of people like joe budden and ludacris i highy reccomend getting def jam vendetta for any console if you havnt already got it(should be able to pick it up for under £20. Soundtrack on it is superb and it aint a half bad beat em up. It uses the N64 wrestling engine from wrestlemania 2000, no mercy, wcw revenge etc...if you ever played any of them...but has the advantage of none of the N64 slowdown

Oh, and i dont really like daft punk too much but a few years back i really liked tracks like "da funk" "around the world" and "one more time"

Yeah, Andre 3000's album is without a doubt the best Outkast album out.

Both sold together for £8.99 so you can use Big Boi's album as a tea coaster, or a frizbie.

The Outkast Album is surprisingly good.
And it’s worth it for £8.99

The guy who sings Hey ya - His album is superb; Nice blend of Jazz, soul, funk and lyrics.
The Guy who sings the way you move - His album, for the most part - is [email protected] can only understand one word he sings in ten.

But for £8.99 you can't go wrong.

I would certainly recommend Franz Ferdinands album, it rocks in a strange way, but i assure you it is great. I would recommend specific songs, but i cant for some reason remember the names.

Oh and Jet's album, i will post some songs in the morning.
