Why not have a picture gallery where people can send in small photos of themselves, so we know who we're typing to. You can rank it by number of posts, or something.

I think Grix's idea would be good, we could draw how we see other regulars. By sending in actual pictures a lot of illusions would be shattered. Mine were when I saw Tony's grinnng mug!
I'd happily send in a photo but unfortuately my entire portfolio is copyrighted by Playgirl Magazine, so they won't let me.

We talked about this a while back, and most people thought it would take away the magic (or add to the horror?) of the forums.
