It's quite a shame, really - having someone like FF speaking up for the religion.
I know how much good religion and faith can do for people (dad's a Methodist Minister, grew up in a very Christian community, yadda yadda)

Think how much tidier the forum would be, if a nice, open-minded Christian made the initial thread and shared the good rather than condemming everyone to hell.
In my opinion, FF just isn't a very nice person.

"Oooooh quick Forest Fan is really annoying us so lets all prove how BAD Christianity is and lets find AS MANY faults as we can in it!"

Although in a way I spose I agree with FF, he doesn't represent the views of the whole Christian community.

I had the p!ss taken outta me for a whole year because of my choice to be baptised but I haven't complained - one religious zealot and suddenly you're all desperate to disprove a faith that actually encourages you to be a good person. :S

Make up your own religion.
It's what I did, and it's the only thing that's really going to work.

You can't mould yourself on someone else's morals and views - it just doesn't work.

I need advice; I'm considering following a few religions, but am unsure to which; I've narrowed it down to Christianity, Islam and Hinduism. As you seem informed with religious matters, I will ask FF which one should I devote my life to from what was previously a non-believer of all?

You see the problem with this it is your word against someone elses. the world of today needs tangable proof. You sir are facing against science.

Religion was a form of answering questions when there was no answer but now science can answer these questions religion has become slightly redundant.
