Yes another WoW post, I will save you the need to urge your peni towards the keyboard in a desperate attempt to point this out...

Pretty sweet RPG so far, only a couple of hours in. Haven't quite seen why so many people have been fapping like porn monkeys over it yet but have been told by plenty you are no-where near scratching the surface of it yet (which I can believe by the sheer size of it so far).

Chose to be a Dwarf in the end, a Warrior Dwraf with possibly the ugliest face ever. Kicks ass in battle, spent ages at the opening of Dragonmaw fighting the wolves and troggs to level up a bit. One thing that is decent is that everyone who I have come across so far has been pretty helpful and not even slightly c*ck faced.

Interface is sweet, the layout was easy enough to get to grips with after the initial "this is just one area, wtf?!". The environments make Lisa Riley's mu*f saddle looking like a toddler's paddling pool.

Controls are easy, the magic areas aren't even slightly geeky from what I have come across so far, just drag it onto the bar and click it when you need it. Haven't really bought much yet but that too seems simple enough to use and from what I gather it nails other MMORPG's for its less geeky approach. For a first time MMORPG'er' I have founs it fack easy to get into and nothing like what I expected (only in a good way though).

Visually it is sweet, the soundtrack is awesome, the presentation is spot on etc etc *fap fap*

Wish I didn't have work tomorrow but life's a b*tch!

But you start in different areas so the quests would be varied at the start, not to mention the settings etc.

Dwarfs start very close to Ironforge for example where as if you choose to be a Night Elf you start waaaaay out.

Going to go with Dwarf myself, the initial Night Elf areas are starting to make my nipples hard.

I'd like to try another Alliance character but wouldn't the quests be all the same?

Apart from the start of course

What type you choosing?

On each night for sometime after work (around 4:30ish). I'll start mine tonight but would be happy for some group action and then some group quests :P

I'll let you know what gayass name I managed to come up with later.

Yeah, start a new character - I'll still be keeping my Druid going though.

I can't make it today though, I'll be on from 14:30 tomorrow.

It's crap still not having your own Broadband :(

Starting again you mean?

If you are give me a shout, will be starting again before footie tonight but will be until late on as well if you are interested.

Hunter has tempted me back as well although feeding the pet became a real pain in the ass after a while and close up they are meat for anyone.

Warriors are also sought after for Raids and Instances too, so you'd be essential and welcomed into groups easily, just like a Priest.

I'm also considering a Hunter or a Warrior now, since Druids can't use Polearms...

Won't bother with a Paladin then.

Will give the Dwarf Warrior a shot again. I thought the Warrior class was a bit shallow at first but weighing but what I enjoy and what the classess ovffer it seems like the best class to choose.

Paladins are good for multi skills, but their range of attacks is very limited.

If it's up close pain your after dealing, a Warrior or Rogue would be your best bet, although Rogues can only wear Cloth and Leather.

Ha!

Started again, can't settle with a character. Got to level 12 as a NE and really wanted a complete change rfom Teldrassil/Darkshore.

No idea what to switch to at the moment. Want someone who can wear Chain Mail and who can kick ass close range. Was thinking about Paladin but I'm not sure exactly how good they are in comparison to a Warrior.

I can see myself going back to where I originally started tonight, a Dwarf Warrior.
