Yes another WoW post, I will save you the need to urge your peni towards the keyboard in a desperate attempt to point this out...

Pretty sweet RPG so far, only a couple of hours in. Haven't quite seen why so many people have been fapping like porn monkeys over it yet but have been told by plenty you are no-where near scratching the surface of it yet (which I can believe by the sheer size of it so far).

Chose to be a Dwarf in the end, a Warrior Dwraf with possibly the ugliest face ever. Kicks ass in battle, spent ages at the opening of Dragonmaw fighting the wolves and troggs to level up a bit. One thing that is decent is that everyone who I have come across so far has been pretty helpful and not even slightly c*ck faced.

Interface is sweet, the layout was easy enough to get to grips with after the initial "this is just one area, wtf?!". The environments make Lisa Riley's mu*f saddle looking like a toddler's paddling pool.

Controls are easy, the magic areas aren't even slightly geeky from what I have come across so far, just drag it onto the bar and click it when you need it. Haven't really bought much yet but that too seems simple enough to use and from what I gather it nails other MMORPG's for its less geeky approach. For a first time MMORPG'er' I have founs it fack easy to get into and nothing like what I expected (only in a good way though).

Visually it is sweet, the soundtrack is awesome, the presentation is spot on etc etc *fap fap*

Wish I didn't have work tomorrow but life's a b*tch!

It's not a rumour, though as stated on the forums, it's not coming out in one huge hunter loving path, it'll be gradual.

The pet customisation will make use of the Training Points that don't seem to go anywhere, you'll be able to buy offensive abilities such as poison attacks and increased speed, passive abilities such as increased armour, strength, stamina ect.. and AI abilities such as your pet becoming enraged. There is also talk of a 'Free Master' ability where your pet, if he's still alive, will valiantly charge to your rescue and break you out of any root effects you may find yourself trapped in.

Sure hunters aren't the best at PvP, but I know of a few people who have no problem with that aspect of the game.

Hmmm
I think I might be fed up playing WoW now.
PvP is crap, I can't be bothered starting again and everyone is on another server and little Nash has gone.

Senn'Jinn.

I think it might be a troll-only quest though I'm not sure.

The Hunter is crap for PVP. I don't want a class that can only beat certain other classes in certain conditions, that's just sucky. I had around 210 HK but the majority of these were in raids, hardly "scared" of PVP. I agree with the how you play that class part but how can you be a Hunter with massive lag so that you can't even get one arrow off without being nailed close quaters? Hunters need the long range to work from the start otherwise you are screwed.

Wing Clip is crap seeing as they usually have one as good/if not better and by the time you get far enough away you are practically dead and are taking massive damage from long range attacks from them.

I doubt myself, Kawada and 3 level 60 Hunters would think this for no reason (these are just the few I have actually spoken to). PVP belongs to Rogues/Priests/Mages (or basically any other class with a special ability or health regeneration).

You should have been ashamed to call yourself a hunter if you were scared of PvP. I used to be like that, until i realised that its not the class that determines how good you are in PvP, It's how well you play that class.
I have a level 43 hunter on Dragonmaw and i can usually beat anyone around my level (Other than shaman and priests :P). Plus there are rumours at the Bliz forums that there will be a huge Hunter-Friendly patch in the near future, so calm it and play you're class well then you'll have no problem.

The bad workman always blames his tools :P Its just that.

Heh. Quite possibly. Although using the Glowing Skull to steal 125 life from him and transfer it to me helped. Felt like I'd caught a ball in Dodgeball...

Not if you wing clip 'em, run like hell, then shoot them again.

Takes a while, but it works.
