Who do you think/should buy in the transfer window in the summer. obvioulsy a bulk of speculation has always surrounded chelsea, but who do you think they may get or want to get. here is mine:
Arsenal:
IN:
Robin van persie (sp?):
a young talent playing for psv who wenger has been eyeing for a while. he is a centre foward, so could work well with the likes of ljunberg, reyse or pires on the flanks, and with vieria, edu and gilberto in the centre. Has the potential to become a great player.
OUT:
Ray parlour:
This player has masses of talent, but due to not starting regularly, he may want to move to somewhere else.
pascal cygan: many people said he was the biggest flop, along with massimo maccarone, of the premiership last season. Has failed to establish a regular place in the arsenal team and is not happy at highbury.
Aston Villa:

Jason mcateer:
Alot of sunderland players have joined villa, and after lots of speculation about mcateer leaving, villa could be his new lub!
Richard rufus:
A known target of villa last season, and is also linked with a switch to various other premier league clubs. However, these signings depend on how much doug ellis is willing to give to o'leary spend.
OUT:
ALPAY: he has already left th club this year.
Dion Dublin: maybe dion will retire. who knows?
Who do you think other clubs should buy? i'll update this later!

Man United will go on a 30 million pound spending spree...........picking up every half decent 10 year old footie player around.

Spurs are almost dfinately getting Paul Robinson for £2-4 million, plus James Milnor for around the £1 mil mark.
Paul Robinson, Alan Smith and Mark Viduka will be the first to go, they will probably raise the £20m needed.

I think Leeds will pretty much clear out there entire squad, then they will loan in some decent older players, like Roque Junior this season. Chelski will probably hit the headlines with an outrageous purchase, Ronaldo, Rivaldo or Ronaldiniho possibly. One of the Brazilians or possibly a silky Italian like Totti (as he is so unpopular in Italy) might join them as well.
Anfield will chop and change, including the manager and I would expect to see Fulham making some abitious moves, while Manchester United sell Nicky Butt and Quinton Fortune and Arsenal bring in a currently Premiership based goalkeeper like Carlo Cudicini, Antti Niemi or Brad Friedel.
Although, it's all purely speculation...
