Ultimately it would be there choice, but I would teach them how those who have not recieved Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour will ultimately be thrown into the Lake of Fire.

I would argue differently. My mother never loved me like a mother "should", however my best friends' mother treated me as one of her own and cared for me like a mother would. I would call that a pretty damn good substitute!

There is no substitute for a mother's love or a father's for that matter.

Something that is being ignore in this argument.....just because bothe parents are of the same sex, say for example, both are male, that doesnt mean the child then automatically has not mother-figure in their life. Friends and family of the parents (in any situation) often become that firgure when one parent is not there through various circumstances, so why would the case be any different for homosexual parents?
