I got one reddy, don't plan on spending it though, too muc effort I think.

Ah, now I see, there is no way of just claiming your free gift. you have to order. 5 reddies wasted then - every game I want at the moment is ordered elsewhere - with paper reddies you just went into the store and exchanged them.
You need to order something as far as i know. Try it. Order something, then about halfway through the ordering process it says "You have * e-Reddies, would you like to spend them now".
Maybe after that you could delete your original order from your trolley?
