Yeah, it just makes up a pikey 'definition' of evolution to include everything he can think of. I'm surprised he didn't require that everyone find Shergar, Lord Lucan and Ameilia Airhert too.

Most people consider 'evolution' to be concerned with the deveolpment of organic life.

Bringing in all those extra clauses is a tad deceitful, and lets face it, if he has to depart from the natural definition of evolution, he can't be all that confident about keeping his money for that normal definition!
