I'm tired of being F$*%^d over. I need your help.

Let's pretend I ordered X WAY in advance. I ring to confirm X nearer the time, but the order was wrong and I ended up getting Y. I ring up and I'm told I'll get X when I return Y. I return Y and get a refund. Now I don't have X or Y. Let's say I knew where the HQ is and wanted to get even for cheating me out of something I desperatly wanted. What can I do in order to get even?

(serious note) I had problems with O2, where they did me out of 100 quids worth of mobile. I found a letter of complaint worked wonders. It'll not get you what you want, but something else (discount?) might come from it.

Its pointless trying to get even, you have no standing legally, and if you break something, you're only going to get lifted by the bizzies.
