In the area where you need to collect the cogs start to climb and when you are attacked by the bats head towards the edge and bring out the flamethrower just as you fall.
You now can use the flamethrower anywhere but you can only use it once.
In the cheat menu write something rude (even the C word) and the monster will reply by saying thats not very nice or Charming.

I have got $900 and I can't bounce of that sunflowers jumblies to get the extra $100, and I really need it to get past Panthers Goons...
Plus I can't get the $100 at the start by where the gargoyle falls down, damn it...
