Just bidded for a cheap copy of this on ebay (it's the first pc game I ever had so I fancied the nostalgia of it) but it says in the description it doesn't work on XP.

I thought XP incorporated all the other operating systems?

Also I think someone once mentioned changing something in your OS so you can make it operate the same as an older OS.

If it took out the the fact that it was trying to be comedy, t'would be a much better game.

I'll find another way ~ I looked on Kazaa but the file is rather big.

I still play it from time to time

Theme Hospital was one of those great games that you look back and say 'Why the hell did I stop playing it'

Then you realise that it was stupid and annoying, especially on the PS1 version.

Still, great game.

The version i got off kazaa works fine on XP.
