Interesting Stuff for those interested in Astronomy, or even if you're keen to know how the universe started (no religious types please).

Also, the news today, they have found a 10th planet in our solar system. How long I wonder until it has 'Intel Inside' plastered onto its surface ...

No, the moon revolves around Earth so is therefore not a planet.

Those pictures are really beautiful. I did a really bad astronomy course in my first year of uni - goodbye romance, hello droning voice and rubbish equations.

Can't we shove something new with all the latest technology. I want to see a lot further.

I'm sure the hubble telescope was destroyed in Futurama.

the reason they were saying that perhaps pluto shouldn't be classified as a planet, is because of its small size. That's why the moon isn't considered a planet.

they think it's about 1200 miles in diameter, it's REALLY far out though, so there is still some speculation it could just be an asteroid.

Yeah but on the ITV News they're saying both this new planet and even Pluto are nothing but space leftovers and shouldnt really be considered planets at all.

That's really awe-inspiring, to think that were are not even a speck within one of those tiny swirls.

Crazy stuff. But brilliant at the same time.

I thought I heard something about a new planet on the radio. Any more news on that?
