If you want to do serious work, Macs are the way forwards, and there are more and more games appearing on Macs as well. Championsip Manager for one.
The fact remains Macs aren't as versatile though.

I reckon my Dad has been browsing porn and not been too sneaky about it, and probably fallen for a "click here for 50 million tons of porn!!!!!!111" things that embeds adware.
Anywho I got rid of it, eventually.
Wasn't nice though.
Bell - last time I used Ad Aware it removed my internet settings for Broadband :-( I'm reluctant to use it again.
So I downloaded Mozilla Firefox as my internet browser and never looked back.
