I thought "sidle" was what Link does in the Wind Waker when he presses his back against a wall and side steps along a ledge. I pressume you don't need to be standing on a ledge to do it so if you just sidestepped with your back pressed against any wall that's "sidling". I could be very wrong though...very, very wrong
