If someone touches it anyway, and dies. Should I be held responsible? Would the current uk law find me to blame? Is this right?

gee, let me think.
Well, if I put a landmine in a shopping centre, and put a sign next to it that says "DANGER - LANDMINE!", and someone steps on it and gets killed, who's fault would you say it is?
More to the point, who's fault would you say the police would think it is?
If I sell a push-bike to a child, with a front wheel that comes off at high speed, and I put a tag on it that says "Danger - Wheel may come off", and the kid uses it anyway and dies, who's fault is it?

Of course, this law is being abused in our country these days, with the 'I fell over a pebble that shouldn't have been there' claims ....
I'm not used to all this new fangled stuff....

Why?
It's like businesses using "Wet floor" signs.
If someone slips on a wet floor and theres a sign there they can't sue because they've ignored the warning.
It's the same with your fence of death and destruction.
BAM!
