I went about 5 years ago on a team building exercise. I was in a sales company at the time, and our sales department was picked as the lucky few who would go to the event
There were 8 of us on a side, and we had to first defend a base, and in the afternoon we then attacked it. Leaders were chosen, we went off in our teams, and for the next 8 hours we just shot the most hated guy in our office, continuously.
The fact that he was on our team didn't make any difference, we still shot him.
He handed in his notice a couple of weeks after that.
So paintballing is a GOOD thing. :-)
