Hi, my friend has asked me to sort out this little problem with Kazaa and i don't have a clue how to sort it. Basically all it is, is that in the My Kazaa Lite folder where you have the 4 tables for the music - Title, Artist, Length and Filename. The first 3 tables are there but the filename has just disappeared.

So how do i get that table back??

Yep thought of the unstalling and reinstall option but i'm hoping that's a last resort

Ok fair enough; I remember a long long time ago (when I used to use Kazaa) that I read somewhere that these things had a habit of disappearing and could be brought back through registry alteration. Well, I have no idea what alterations you need to make but if you uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it will probably reset itself. That's assuming you're talking about what I think you are.

Yes but for some reason she wants to have the filename table showing. I don't question the woman i just try and help her, but in this case i have no idea seeing as computers for me are just for searching the net and playing videogames.

I have no idea, but surely it's obvious that you can change the filename through Windows, thus removing the importance of the Filename field...?

Not really bothered, if record companies want to over-price their products then i'll quite happily get them by other means.

Anyway can i actually get some help with the actual problem i have

Actually it's more that people don't want to admit to be using kazaa because that points towards illegal music downloads.

plus anyway the reason people put "my friend" in their topics such as this is they don't want to admit they don't know how to do it, which if you bothered to read my message i admit i don't have a clue how to do it, hence the asking for help.
