I come on today, after a two day absence. And all I get, out of nowhere, is bold, italic, and........line flying in my face. Like the opening sequence of Darkplace. Once or twice is fine, but it's in every post I've read.

And for the more predictable amongst you: go ahead and reply with one of the aforementioned new features, it won't be funny.

I think it's better.

Ok, I won't.

But really, it's annoying as hell. People just seem to shove them in randomly, and it messes my head up when I try and emphasise words that have italics, or bold or what have you.

So yeah.

Me too, but people are using it unnecessarily all the damn time. It's annoying, I had to get it off my chest.

I think they should get rid of the underline though.

It's not as bad as it was. It used to be horrible to look at. Give it a few more days and people will lay off it more.

I did wonder how long it would be before the anti-text options rant.

I'm not anti text options! I friggin' loooove the new text options! Watch my frolick amongst them.

I'm just against the constant use, or more accurately mis-use of them in every, single, damn, post. I couldn't keep quiet anymore, I ain't being oppressed by no one.
