Oh no , that's when you grow up in a community full of awarness . Even the ones who are educated sometimes don't have a sense of reponsibility . I've seen examples even in my school , there are students who are mentally tortured by some others who don't have a common sense , these ones who get tortured always become mentally disturbed , this always happens in our schools , I don't know about yours .

Well, unless the guy is a hermit living in the wilderness he will have had at least some interaction with other humans, not to mention the fact that we do not need to learn morals FROM someone else.
