Right I have an ides for all at the forum of the FOG, SR should really put a limit of how many topics a user can put up a week, I was thinking 2, obviously Tony can place as many as he wants up.
These idea would be great at the moment as more than 20 new topics in two days is getting stupid. with 2 per week the user would think carefully about there topic and then the quality of the topic would be excellent.
Whaddya guys think?
I reckon with a bit of work the idea would be excellent.

The FOG must never change. Spammers come and spammers go, they eventually grow up and move onto other things (like hacking).
The FOG is a discussion FORUM, which means we discuss things as openly we wish, and vent, sometimes vehemently, our opinions. Nothing wrong with that.
If someone wants to start talking in a thread on the latest Intel P4 chip about the wrestling that was on last night, that is just bad netiquette, but worse than that is flaming people for bad netiquette.
A simple resolution would be to add a note below the 'Please enter your message in the box below:' statement above this box that I am now typing in, to remind people of basic common sense things like 'Stick to the topic' or 'Do not flame' or 'No offensive remarks' and so on.
Cheap and effective. Just like me. :-)

How would discern regular? Some people post the same number of times in 2 weeks than others in 2 months. How would you work it out?
