PSX or otherwise know as Playstation 3 looks fantastic! it has tons of new features, such as:
DVD re-writer
inbuilt harddrive
inbuilt internet adapter
Not to mention all the features of PS2
only one problem though, you can't play PSone games on it, which may be a dissapointment to some gamers.
But other than that it should be great; it's slick, stylish and fun.
We in the UK are looking at a relase date of around about christmas 2005.

Abilites

the abilites a character can use vary with the dressphere she has equiped. There are two types of ability: command and auto-abilites. Command abilites are displayed in the command window during battle and must be selected to have an effect. Command abilites are not limited to those available when a charcter first equips a dressphere. As a character earns Ability Points (AP), new abilitys become available for use.
Auto-abilitys are designated with the icon to the right and automactically take effect during battle.

Sony is aiming the PSX at the high end consumer who wants an entertainment hub in their homes or flats... it isn't geared towards the mass consumer. Preferably, the PS3 will be released at a much cheaper price unles Sony want to lose the next console race, and increased competition from MS ensures this.
